The two-minute check
How to check yourself.
Once a month is enough. The best time is in or just after a warm shower, when everything is relaxed. Get to know what's normal for you, so you'll notice if something changes.
Using both hands, feel one testicle at a time.
Roll each testicle between thumb and fingers to inspect.
Familiarise yourself with the spermatic cord and epididymis that connects to the back of each testicle.
Feel for lumps, bumps and changes in size. It's normal for one testicle to be bigger than the other.

It's ok not to be ok.
Mindset Bros started on the Isle of Wight in 2022 with a simple idea: men talk more easily side by side than face to face. So we walk. Every week there are free Walk & Talks across the Island, plus meet ups, a podcast and a group of mates who'll always pick up the phone.
These boxers get the message somewhere it'll be seen every day. Every pair sold helps keep it all free. And every pack might be the reminder that gets a lump checked early.

What sizes are there?
Small to XXL. By waist: Small 29–31", Medium 32–34", Large 34–36", XL 38–40", XXL 42–44". They're OddBalls' standard boxer fit, so if you already wear OddBalls, take your usual size.
Do you ship outside the UK?
For now we ship within the UK only. Delivery is £2.95, and free on orders over £60, so a 5-pack ships free.
When will my order arrive?
Orders go out within 3 working days by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and you'll get a tracking link by email. UK orders usually arrive 2 to 3 days after dispatch.
Where does the money go?
TBC: after paying for the boxers, the money goes to Mindset Bros IOW CIC (a community interest company). It pays for the next run and keeps our Walk & Talks, meet ups and support free for the men who need them.
Can I return them?
For hygiene reasons we can only take back pairs that are unworn and still sealed in their pack. If the size is wrong, get in touch and we'll sort a swap while stock lasts.
Will you make more?
Yes. Our first run is 1,000 pairs, and selling them pays for the next one. The faster they go, the sooner we can restock and the more check-yourself guides end up in drawers.
How does 5 for £65 work?
Add any five pairs to your basket, in any mix of sizes, and £10 comes off automatically. One for you, four for your bros.
