A few years ago, our founding bro had a vision. After suffering with his own mental health after a very stressful journey to become a father, Ross wanted nothing more than to help other men who had been suffering but felt they couldn’t speak out. Fast forward to 2023, and having felt that maybe the Mindset Bros may not get off the ground, Liam and Martyn decided that Ross’s dream was too important to be left unnurtured. Having suffered with their own mental health and all 3 guys sharing the same values, they decided it was now time to help as many men as possible. Help them to speak out if they needed. Help them to have a safe space to share there troubles or successes. Help guide them through troubling times with no judgement or hidden agenda. 

Mindset Bros was created to build a community where men can feel safe to speak about their mental health and to feel part of something.
