Our story

How the brotherhood began.

From one bro’s vision to a brotherhood of 350+ — this is how it started.

A few years ago

A vision

Our founding bro had a vision. After battling with his own mental health during a difficult journey to become a father, he knew other men were suffering in silence too. He wanted to create something that would let men speak openly without fear, judgement or stigma.

2023

Friends stepped forward

A couple of close friends stepped forward. They believed this vision was too important to be left behind. Having faced their own struggles and all sharing the same values, they decided it was time to build something for all men — a brotherhood of support, honesty and hope.

Today

350+ bros and counting

Six Walk & Talks every week across the Island, monthly meet ups, fundraisers and our podcast, Mindset Bros Unfiltered. Still run by bros, for bros.

Mindset Bros was created to build a community where men can feel understood, supported, and part of something bigger than themselves.
