Check your balls. Check your head. Check on your bros. That’s the whole idea behind the thing we’ve been keeping quiet about for weeks: our very own Mindset Bros boxers, made with OddBalls.

They’re black and white with our top-hat badge all over, and they’re on sale now at mindsetbros.com/check-yourself: £15 a pair, or 5 for £65.

Why boxers?

Because they end up somewhere a man looks every single day. And because men are still terrible at two things: checking themselves, and saying when they’re struggling.

Testicular cancer is most common in men aged 15 to 49. It’s young men, fit men, “it won’t be me” men. The good news is it’s one of the most treatable cancers when it’s caught early, and catching it early starts with knowing what’s normal for you.

So every pack carries the OddBalls Foundation’s four-step “Check Yourself” guide, printed right there on the bag. You’ll see it every time you open a new pair. We’ve also put the full guide on our blog: how to check yourself in two minutes.

And the “check your head” bit?

That’s what Mindset Bros is for. Men in England and Wales die by suicide at around three times the rate of women. Behind every one of those numbers is a mate, a dad, a brother or a son.

We started on the Isle of Wight in 2022 with a simple idea: men talk more easily side by side than face to face. Now there are six free Walk & Talks every week across the Island, plus monthly meet ups and our podcast, Mindset Bros Unfiltered. Every pair of boxers sold helps keep all of it free.

The 5 for £65 deal works with any mix of sizes. Grab one for yourself and four for the group chat, your team, or the bloke who’d never in a million years check himself. Our first run is 1,000 pairs. Selling them pays for the next run, so every pair you buy (and every post you share) keeps this going.
