Our goal is to build a community where men can gather and speak freely without judgement or ridicule when it comes to their mental health. We will be regularly arranging our safe space meet ups at various venues throughout the UK. These meet ups are designed to be a safe space to speak freely and get support, no matter what the issue is. If you need a brother, we are here.

Keep an eye on this page for venues and dates. Let us know if you can make it and we will make sure there’s plenty of tea and coffee available. 

We will also be looking to lay on events to invite speakers along to share their mental health journey and how they manage it. These events will be an opportunity to expand our community and gain a little more publicity to help spread the word on what we are trying to achieve. More on this as it develops.
